PHP work. Web and MS SQL

We are looking to find a PHP partner for ongoing work.

We currently have a test project that we budget at 2 days work. Please quote for these 2 days.

ALSO: Please be clear what your future daily rate would be.

You must have experience with both PHP and MS SQL (although we will design and build the db in this test).

This test job is a relatively simple job but I'm afraid we only employ / consider those applicants who can prove that they have the knowledge and experience to do a 1st class job every time.

NOTE: This project has been posted again due to the previous winner failing to complete due to personal issues. We have mutually agreed to cancel the previous project and so we are AGAIN looking for a PHP partner.
