From all our conversations, I am consolidating the requirements below. Please add to it if I have missed anything.
- Installation on our server
- Incorporating designed PSD into zencart template
- Adding all the features from the design PPT I sent (refering to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] at all times and matching their quality)
For this if you have to include any admin side features too..please do so.
For example, for the multiple images feature in the PPT, we will need an admin side module which allows us to add multiple images for each product. And then the front end will show them as shown in the PPT (with on mouseover and zooming functionality)
- International Shipping (UPS, USPS, Fedex) -- With an option on the admin section to decide which shipping options for each of the shippers (UPS or USPS or Fedex) to show. e.g.
Shipping options :
a) For international shipping - UPS, Fedex, USPS
and then the options under each of them will be decided on once you send me a list of exactly what each of them provide.
Like in oscommerce, when we enable a particular shipper they will havea list of diff shipping options and there are plugins which provide the options to enable/disable a few of them based on our needs.

b) For domestic shipping --, UPS, Fedex, USPS
the options we want under each will be
usps standard ground -- free
ups 3 day
fedex 2 day
fedex next day
-- multiple shipping addresses (builtin feature for zen cart) like amazon has and with the option of allowing the user to enter different billing and shipping address as well. Please be sure to refer to [login to view URL] for this.
-- Payment gateway for CC and paypal.
-- Testing end to end website and providing bug fix support (please let me know the norm you follow for bug fixes..for how many days free? etc)
-- Please make sure that no hardcoding is done. PLease use language translation files so that textual changes can be done only from them instead of going to the code. Please turn off but donot remove any features like multicurrency, multilanguages etc
