Auto Export & Trucking website

Before I enter the description, I would like to show a website that will help you understand the essential aspects of the project. [login to view URL] I need a website with a simple control panel that will allow the administrator to make changes to the website; update pricing, update inventory by adding/deleting/editing descriptions, upload pictures, rss feeds of inventory and the like. Also, if you go to [login to view URL], you can click on AUCTIONS, and select MANHEIM for example. This is direct access to the auto auction website. I need to know what is needed to do the same, (I guess a direct server connection to Manheim and their database ?) I will need that done as well for a 3-4 companies, including Manheim, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.AIIA.com. I will provide the design and the content, I only need the back-end (admin. panel) and direct connection to Manheim and Copart. I also want to have full access to the coding as I will be making changes in the future and will need to expand the project, so full coding is a must. All credits will be left in tact.
