SIMPLE COCOA MAC OS X APPLICATION DESIRED

We are reasonable, easy to work with employers. This project is only the first stage of the application's evolution. Upon successful delivery we look forward to contracting other development stages with the successful bidder! The budget is available and we desire to begin as soon as possible. Of course we shall follow the contracting/payment guidelines of the Programming Bids website. We have prototyped this application in house. It is straight forward has very little complexity. 1.0 Deliverable Composition This shall be a Cocoa application compilable with XCode. The program shall be commented. The deliverable is the application's entire XCode build environment. The program must request and run SUDO as root. The application shall run on OS X 10.2 and greater. 2.0 High Level Design The user interface shall have a pull down menu with items that represent one or more network configurations. Selecting a menu item initiates a change to the TCP/IP stack. 3.0 Application Functions Each item in the pulldown menu shall execute one or more sysctl commands. An example follows: sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.sendspace=4000000 After the commands are executed (via the menu item selection) they must be saved in /etc/[login to view URL] and, if it exists, /etc/sysctl-macosxserver.conf. The format of a typical saved command is: net.inet.tcp.sendspace=4000000 in the source code we plan to add additional menu items and one or more sysctl executions. 4.0 Licensing Routine Code the application so an application license key routine can be added at a LATER DATE. 5.0 Delivery Time Period 5 Calendar days. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
