Auto dialer for telemarketing

The dialer is for regular anaolgue lines. It shoudl take into consideration the dialing properties setting in windows control panel or have its own facilities to use a calling card. The user should be able to import and export databases with calling lists into the app own address book.( for the usualy range of formats). The dialer will auto dial the numbers loaded into the address book via the import database function. The next number will be dialed as soon as the previous call is terminated. The user should eb able to slect the number of rings before the call is terminated. When a call is placed the default setting is to have the mic muted. When a call is answered the user will have the option to "pick up" ie un-mute the call or click a button to play a pre recorded massage (.wav) incase of an answer machine pick up. There should be no noticable gap between clicking this button and the playing of the message. If the user selects to play the message then the call should automatically hang up at the end of it. If the person being called picks up after the pre recorded message has started the user should be able to use the same "pick up/un mute" button to interupt the playing message and pick up the call, if this is clicked then the massage should automatically stop being played. The user should be able to upload the message to be played. The system only need hold one massage at a time. During a call the user should be able to select a "stop automation" function to prevent the next number being automatically dialed. To go with this they will need a "resume dialing" function. I will also like resale rights to this app unless you are simply providing something that already exists and I havn't found. App ofcourse will be pc based and work over a voice modem. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform windows XP and as many previous versiona s is reasonable possible
