Need Email Tracking System

Create a tracking system for our HTML emails. This system will provide real time statistics on the following statistics. We would like any options on HOW to do this so as to limit privacy concerns. These are the stats I have seen other programs provide. I would like as many as possible. If some of these are easier than others, then you can submit separate quotes: 1. Just the easy-to-track statistics 2. The whole batch The goal is to track the open rate of emails, the viral pass along and readership stats. We send out our emails through [login to view URL] and proautoresponder.com. These systems easily send out html emails. Number of Viral Emails Sent Number of Opened Viral Emails Viral Open Rate Number of Unique Viral Referrers Viral Referral Rate (by valid email sent) Viral Referral Rate (by opened message) Raw Viral Referrals Number of Referrees Number of Unique Referrees Average (referrals by referrer) Viral Contamination Rate (Number of Referrees / Number of Viral Messages Sent) Referee Click-Through Rate Generation Click-Through Rate (by initial sent messages) Viral Click-Through Rate Number of Profiles Gathered Number of Profiles with Opt-In Gathered Exactly when your email was opened How long it was read for Approximately where your reader is located (nearest town or city) How many times your email was re-opened and re-read, as well as when and where etc. What kind of email software your reader is using What kind of computer and operating system your reader uses What languages your reader can accept or understand What kinds of email attachments your reader can view (eg: Microsoft documents, or Adobe files, etc) Whether or not your email was forwarded to someone else If it was forwarded, where is was forwarded to, sometimes including who subsequently reads it. If your email gets published online, you can find this out too, as well as where (the URL) usually. ## Deliverables 1) Create a fully functional script that provides the above noted statistics. 2) Installation package that will install the program (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Test the program to make sure it is 100% functional, work through and fix any problems before closing project. 4) All source code and rights to the program will be sole property of our corporation. ## Platform Coder will suggest the most suitable.
