FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) App in VB6 or VB.net that listens to attached line-in device for specific frequency tones

Should be a VB6 or VB.net application (perferably VB6) that will 'listen' to the line-in device on a soundcard and fire an event when it detects a low hz tones. There are several "off the shelf" FFT Controls that you might use for this project: Such as: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> If you have other options you can use those as well. I will purchase the FFT application you think best suits this project (if applicable) It must detect: 20hz,25hz,30hz,35hz,40hz when played by itself. And, 25hz / 35hz played simultaneously. Additionally, we should be able to enter the individual tones that it should detect. The event it should fire should be a shell command that can be entered into the application and saved in the registry or into a local .ini file. For example: When 20hz is detected, fire '[login to view URL] -hz 20'. (see example) I have attached an example of what I think the UI should look like. I have attached the tones to this bid request.
