FTP Server

I am looking for a working clone of Bullet Proof FTP Server or WS Ftp Server or any good working copy . It must be RFC compliant to support various commands and specially FTP Clients. The Software must be written in purly visual basic 5 or 6 , and must be 100%compatible with windows latest versions. I am not looking for that programmer made it specially for me, if any one already have one written and would like to sell a copy of source code to me then bid or comment with exact description and i will contact you, i will pay upto US $100 for it immediatly. I dont want a custom programme to hire a coder to be completed in a month or so IF you already have one source sell it to me i wil pay upto $100 for it depends on quality.
