Outlook/Access Programmer Needed

Hello, We need a programmer who is familiar with automating Outlook and Access. Basically, we need to process Emails coming into an Outlook IMAP account. These Emails contain attachments of work done by our various contractors. The data and attachments should be populated into Access tables based on data in that Email. The work is also checked and feedback sent via EMail and so the Access data needs to be updated based on that feedback. We also need a set of forms and views generated in Access on the data, and the ability to send Email from Access based on certain parameters, such as if work has not been received for longer than 2 days etc. Please give a reasonable quote for this, and meet a high quality bar. We have programmers on staff but are busy with our core work and dont have time to get this implemented. We will be able to answer questions and even provide SQL queries if needed. Thanks for bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
