Outlook Express automation with VB

I need a program which will do the following in sequence: 1. Every five minutes make Outlook Express check the mails of the current logged user in OE 2. The program then should go thru all the unread or new mails that just arrived and provide a message box in the following format: "3 New messages. 1st message from Dole Loper at 3:45PM 4/5/1945 2st message from Dole Loper at 3:45PM 4/5/1945" ..and so on. Need this to be done in VB, no VB.net please. Tryt o keep it as simple as possible as this will be integrated into another software. **The program should not require the user to have Outlook Express running for it to funtion as that beats the whole purpose:)** Thank you.
