Shop Product Browsing and Ordering

I want quick VB 6 desktop system **not a asp website** doing for a shop this is a project for college I am willing to pay money up to a certain amount as displayed. Right I want a system which will allow a customer who walks in to a clothes shop gets a screen displayed and on the screen she can browse the departments which will be displayed from a database such as Mens, Womens,Kids. When the customer clicks on the button she gets a list of products that fall in to the specific category. This product list will come from the database. The customer will see a list of products with thumbnail images and the product title on clicking on the product title the user will be displayed with a detailed description of the product along with a picture of the product as well. On each of the product description screens the user needs to see a button for the shopping trolley where the user needs to be able to add products in to. At the end the user needs to be able to proceed to the checkout screen where she will confirm the order details and then add her address to the order. Please let me know if this is possiable and I will confirm some one's bid, I need the Design Spec in one day and the program in 2 days after theat and the manual can be done another day after that.
