Basic website designed

I need a basic website designed similar to this [login to view URL]

The main function of this website will be to offer people free Microsoft Points/Xbox Gold in exchange for completing surveys.

You will need to:

1. Create the website using a template

2. Design a basic logo and relevant graphical images for the website

3. Embed the code for the surveys and show the user the code AFTER completing the survey(s).

4. Install it on my server after the escrow is released.

I will also require an admin panel so I can edit content on each page and so that I can edit the codes that are displayed after they have completed a survey.

I believe it might be best to build this website using Wordpress.
