E-commerce for gift website

An e-commerce website for gift services is needed. The website will have an element for networking. There will be a backend for site management. Site will be developed in Php+mySql. Detailed requirements are ready and will be sent only few selected providers. Work is expected to start May 30. Please placing your bid please ensure you follow our requirements: 1. Provide NO more than 3 reference projects. We appreciate your talented and experienced but checking all these reference projects is not feasible for us 2. Project MUST be delivered fully working within 45 days. If you have other commitments, please do not bid. 3. You must have graphic design experience to design very good graphics and web site. PhP experience is not enough here. The website must meet the industry standards to attract customers. 4. You MUST be able to report status every Wednesday and Friday. Lack of communication is not acceptable; we have had bad experience. 5. Please type 'GiftWatchers' in your PMP message to indicate you are not a machine and have taken the time to read the project details. Please note that we understand that you may not be able to provide precise estimates with seeing requirements. Unfortunately we cannot send our requirements to the whole world and we assume that as an experienced provider you can give a range for a start.
