I'm wanting someone to build me a catalog website that people can then download a file from, so there would need to build a database for this and have some samples so that i can populate the rest, i would only like people with a login to be able to download the content but people with out could view all the content, in this field of content i would like a thumbnail picture and then when they hover over it with their mouse it then shows a larger picture with the description and further information
there are simlar website on the internet like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
im wanting to be able to access this website when ever i need and be able to update any of it on the fly
