Hello bidders,
I have a website which has one page [members] which requires login.
The problem is the server has no support for MySQL currently.
So the database connection is problematic. I have very less data in a "*.mdb" file i.e. MS-Access database which needs to be conncected to that page. I guess if you use PHP, then you might need to connect a PHP page with Access database, and theres where the problem has cropped up for us.
Database is designed already, which I can supply to the successful bidder and enable him write his codes accordingly.
This is a very minor job, bid low if you can. There are plenty of other prjects lined up as well, which I'll enqueue, once this project is through.

Sorry I missed out on one very vital information which might affect your bids.
The number of pages you need to script is one (probably), but the pages you need to modify are two.

† Display page
The project consists of four jobs:
†† Connecting an existing MS-Access database to a pre-desgined page which has login fields, "forgot password" link and a "Remember me" check box which stores a cookie in users' computer.
The actions of individual fields are:
» Username Field - The member puts in his username.
» Password Field - The member puts his password.
» Login Button - The user presses button and a page opens which displays his data.
» "Forgot password" link - A small page opens (external window) saying "Password has been mailed to you."
» A checkbox with "Remember me" option, checking which a cookie with requisite data is stored in the computer of the end-user.
†† Script "the" cookie, which stores requisite info and is saved on the end-users ' computer once his username-password is validated and he enters his display page.
†† Connect a pre-designed template/page to the database. This is the page where the individual member-data will be displayed. The designed page will be supplied. Only the body needs alteration to accomodate tables where data will be displayed.
†† A "Log-Out" Button/Link will be there (location in the page is yet to be decided) in the page, clicking which the person/user will get logged out.
To see his data he needs to login again. Even pressing back button shouldnt enable him viewing the data displayed in past before logging out.
The database has 2 tables.
One has 12 fields the other has 8 fields.
Before awarding the project I would like to add, that I would prefer if the company is in India, however its not an absolute must.
I am looking for long-term relationship. Successful completion would ensure better prospect for future jobs.
Since I just described the project, the bid-amount shouldn't go up. I'll prefer a decent bid, since the job is quite simple.
