Drupal Instalations modifications,configurations and teaching

All follow need be done by Teamviewer and skype chat so i can learn how to configurate and use a drupal site Install and configurate the follow modules and his nessasary depencies (some modules are comercial i will buy and provide it) The target is to get a site who looks and works similar to: [login to view URL] with the difference i want a payed membership site but very similar content i need a menu who works and looks like exactly the [login to view URL] menu a shoppingcart without checkout i want add products with a affiliate link to the shops where they sell this product see this link for example [login to view URL] in place of add to cart button there is a button go to the shop but each product have his productdetail page i think [login to view URL] should be the right module for this ?? also there need be a very good search installed prefered ajax search (also here should be exist a allready made module i think) the modules i found until now (iam thinking this are the correct ones) are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] i think the most work is install the modules and configure it correct but i want a expert drupal coder to make this because may be there is some code work nessasary because i want the menu and shop exactly like the example on [login to view URL] and all content should be only available for payed members i installed allready drupal 7 and zen template but no idea how configurate or style it :-)
