76512 Emarketing Search PPC Web Site

I would like to have a programmer/website developer help me finish a Pay Per Click web site. The PPC program that is installed is from [url removed, login to view] and the programs that have been installed is the Smart Search 4.26 with the Smart Frame Program. I also had a former programmer integrate Search Feed and Revenue Pilot into the program. The specifics of what I want done are the following. I need to make sure the program is installed correctly. The second task is to create a simple web site in order to make the PPC program work. The third task is to integrate PayPal with this program. In conclusion, I would like to have a fully functioning Pay Per Click program. A good example are the following web sites: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], and Yahoo.com. The format of the web page would be the Logo on top, the navigation button next, in the middle would be the search form and categories, and on both sides will be my advertisements. I will take care of the advertisements. After I choose a developer, I will provide all the details, URLS, and usernames/passwords.
