Experienced Magento Developer/Designer

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED and hard-working Magento php/mysql developer who have experience designing/developing themes and can code up new functionality or customize Magento base on customer needs. Current project is for a b-2-b web site, and what i need to have done are the following: 1. develop a new magento theme (logo is already designed) integrating the logo and color scheme. the web site is for a client in the auto-parts industry. 2. customize the site too allow ordering only for authorized users (only login users can place orders). 3. build a new page that allows for displaying authorized resellers (store locator). 4. build a new page to allow for downloading of catalogs and price lists (in pdf) that is only accessible by logged in users.
