Fix a contact on 2 of my prestashop websites using the same theme

I have long experience in Web design and development with (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, JS/JQuery, MySQL, Joomla, Wordpress. I am also experienced in domain and site creation and administration. As I see it there is either a problem in your configuration or a problem in your hosting. I will need FTP and backend (Prestashop) access to your site and if you have it Cpanel access (to check for hosting problems).
