gaming promotion website (members area is optional)

I am re-posting a similar project to check the market of bidders and to check what is the extra charge for the members area. ... and I changed my initial budget which is now set at maximum 250$. I am reposting this on the assumption that the members area is a bit costly to add, but I'm hoping it is not. The description of the members area parameters (in general) are included in the Word document attached to this project (please see below project description). If you can't open that file then let me know and I'll send you a pdf version. What I already have: I already have a domain name and I have a hosting account (free up to 1GB, 2GB monthly traffic). Hosting will be changed at later date once traffic is higher. I have my own logo. What I want: I want a website with a similar template of elements from those two websites below, but excluding: forum, members area, forum, odds comparison, tipsters competitions, tipster info, and news feeds. Submenu content might be organized in a different way but this is a good example) Each menu will have some submenus, total submenus 12-15 You will construct the main template which should be the same for all pages. There will be approximately 15-20 pages to the website, BUT many pages will be duplicates of each other in terms of structure, and it will be used on similar, if not exact template as main page! So it's not really THAT big of a job. I also want the full code of the website so I can personally edit. Well from my discussions with other bidders, it look slike joomla could be a good choice, provided that you implement the necessary modules and functions to go with it. You need to also guide me how to tweak around things around the website. i will supply to you my needs, and you decide what programming method is best to suit my needs and pricing - as long as I get delivered the product I want. That's why I encourage you to ask me questions in private. I am available every day to answer your questions. I heard good things about joomla, so if we decide to work with joomla, then you would please need to teach me basic things and how to change some things around in the website for the future - don't worry, I catch up quickly. You must also give agree that you will be available to help for small issues via SKYPE for maximum 1 hour every 2 weeks, for the 90 days following the completion of the project. This will assure me a smooth completion of the website and if I experience any problems. You also need to tell me via skype, once website is completed, How i can fit my new banners and pictures into the template, and how i can change some sizes if i wish to. I am usually okay in html and i can find my way, but in other programming styles i might get lost and might not be able to find the exact code where to change page elements and their sizes, etcetera.
