Joomla /xml feed/Coder needed

If you do not understand xml feeds, coding, communication, and project deadline this is not the project for you. I need a coder who is familiar with xml feed and how to place them. I need a seo friendly joomla website made for a phone case accessory website. This website will resell phone cases and other accessories. I will need a new logo and favion placed on the website. I will need a html file placed on the website. This html file has many products it offers for resell. I will only offer only certain products for sale on my website so the provider must be familiar with how to manipulate the html so only certain products appear on the front end of the website. There also will be other products from other providers added also. The prices on each product will be changed so the provider must be able to change multiple prices on the website. The provider must make sure that each sale that requires this information that the website and the 2checkout payment gateway is asking for this information at checkout time. I will need 2checkout payment gateway implicated on website. I will need the meta tags created and place on each page of the website. I will need the provider to add content to the services being provided. The provider "will write and place all content on website". The content will describe the services being provided and the company. Remember content is KING. If you don't understand this or cannot provide the proper content, please do not bid. Joomla has a blog plugin that can be added to any website so I will need this feature added to the website also. I will need this blog set up to "look" and "function" like a blog .
