Life Insurance Website Design & SEO for Australian market

This project is for Serious bidders with strong English skills only. I don't want to talk to a Sales Rep who promises me the world and then pushes me off to some hack who can barely speak English and can't provide what the Sales Rep offered. I am after a website that is a web 2.0 looking site that is designed to get leads for life insurance in the Australian market. Therefore it is extremely important that the site is great looking, optimized to collect the leads as they come in. The site will be about comparing life insurance and income protection policies and companies in Australia only. We are wanting 1st page results for a number of keywords. Most of them will be longtail, but will want to rank highly for at least one high competition short tail keyword. You will need to do a bit of SEO analysis and research yourself to help optimise traffic. Do not bother quoting on this project unless you GUARANTEE a number of 1st page results on EXTREMELY HIGHLY competitive keywords and top 2 for at least one. The project will be paid in milestones, with a large portion of the milestones being SEO related and dependant on results. This is a large project and will require a large amount of research of competitor sites to ensure you can optimize better than them.
