Hello, This project is for a live online classroom that we would like to provide to our users. Our Primary goal is to setup a video and audio broadcasting system that will allow an instructor to give live courses online to a group of students. We would also like our students to be able to ask questions by audio during the class. And we would like the instructor be able to select a student to see his video and audio feed individually. The users of this class would have to create a profile and signup on the website before they could join the classes and utilize this service. Our user base will be users that may not have the greatest internet speeds and we would like to them to choose and make quality adjustments. Our secondary goal is to archive our videos for later viewing. Initially we are willing to just use youtube to store private videos, and we just need frame work to post the videos within the site. We would like to leave this part open for scalability later when we decide to serve our own custom videos. We prefer someone with experience in this kind of work, and that has an established reputation including at least 20 feedbacks here at freelancer.
