Mobile Version redirects for existing html / php site

We have 2 websites that need to have mobile friendly redirects and style sheets added in to support Ipads, Iphones, Androids, etc. There is no need for an app. We just need mobile css redirects setup for displaying the website pages properly on mobile devices for that given screen size. The 2 sites are [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view]
If these can be done quickly and for a low cost. We will have several more that need the same thing done to them next week. We do not want to use any other website scripts that do the same thing for free with ads.
If you have a better method you would prefer to use, please advise and we will consider.
