About The positions: Multiple positions can be filled: -graphic designer+programmer(s) -client development managers -project development/analysis managers. We are opening with a outsource approach to our projects. As outsourcing makes it so, you do not need to ever be in North America to qualify (for now). However, we are located in Canada and will be branching out to rest of NA in the coming year. Unlimited free viewing for all members (In free Chat). +Token-Tip system --Group creation ability for users/models. -Users can ask the model to join her group. -Groups can be Private (hidden from non premium and above). -Groups can be public (all users can see but can not enter the group which restricts content viewable only by the group members+model.) -Users/models can be in multiple groups. -credit/token can be used to donate to model's set groups dedicated to "causes" models choose and create. For example, "World hunger charity", models can create a group in her "social profile" dedicated to "world hunger charity". This group can have a funding option viewable to all members (free, basic, premium, moderator premium, admin). There can be a "goal" set to reach before the money is possible to withdraw or donate "directly" or "indirectly" by the model. Another example, model wants to go to see a rock show. She creates a group called "Rock show funds" and sets a limit. Then her admirers (all users) can donate to that fund. She is notified and able to change or view the funds donated whenever she wants. -Models can sell videos/goods(t-shirts, glasses, token bundles) through their profiles. Also have to be able to lock private pictures with password that they can give to certain groups of users. Private (locked pictures) and regular public pictures in "social profile". -Rate(1-10 stars) / Admire Option in User / model profiles. About Project: This is a huge project (there's more) based-on outsourced jobs/management, no doubt. And there is enough funds to make it successful through marketing. A project similar to this project itself, will be marketed in Canada/USA/Europe. This is just ONE project example out of a "128 project simulation list" (though a lot of them are duplications) we are going to be investing on (you will find out) thus there's no rooms for errors or immaturity. We are looking for highly reliable, innovative, creative intellectual individuals. Can also be firms/companies across the globe. Things to know before applying: Do not apply if you are looking for anything we are not. -There are couple of surveys and tests you have to go through before you are chosen. We want to develop future relations with you or your company. -Intellectuals are being preferred for some of the positions to be filled. --Tests include character type testing, job suitability testing. All tests are free and provided by our company. -We will not compensate anyone who wants to gain something just by doing bits and pieces of the work needed here. We do not intend to encourage any such behaviors. --We are more open to a revenue sharing + Salary based model for the development compensation as we are looking for a permanent developer for future projects to come. If you do a good job, and are able to, we would be delighted to have you as a developer partner for the company (in which case, we will discuss permanent salaries/higher revenue sharing options later). In this scenario however, you will eventually (end of the year) have to move to Canada/USA if you are not in Canada as you become part of the company, it is required by the government. Revenues from all projects at the end of the year is based on proven models in North America. We will not discuss revenues here. We will discuss further after this preliminary selection
