Music & FM Radio Stations Streaming Website

I am looking out for a Free Lancer for a Website dedicated to Online Streaming of Music & FM Radio Stations.

Following are some of the points/features I can think of at the moment (Lots more, I am sure will come up in the coarse of discussion and developement):

There will be two main features-

I. MUSIC - Which I should be able to upload from the admin under various categories or Playlists and the the one user clicks on will start streaming and playing.

II. FM Radio

1. Organised categories and listing of Radio Channels according to Continents, Countries, Music Genre etc.

Please keep in mind the following:

1. Look and feel of the site should be trendy, colourful and must have a really beautiful theme / page design. It should be built keeping in mind the latest web standards, sleek icons, good fonts, etc.

2. Google Adsense embedded at appropriate places across the website to ensure some revenue generation.

3. Option of Users creating their profile, adding their favourite channels on their profile and listening to them.

4. Sign up and Login Option for the user should be there.

5. One Section should be wherein the Admin, ie we should be available to "Live Stream" the music of our choice be it 3rd party FM Radio Station or our own created playlist, schedule programs and have listeners attend the shows and give their comments/feedbacks.

6. Social Integration such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. and ofcourse our blog hosted on a subdomain. [url removed, login to view]

7. Blog within the site using the same look & feel and design.

8. The Domain is already registered with .FM extension. Server and Database will be purchased by me from our regular agency, as per the requirements.

I am open to ideas and more options. Ultimately its the person who has worked on a similar project or can do it, can suggest me more features and options.

I will update more info if required. Its an urgent work. So I am seeking an individual who can do it asap and on a very reasonable and economical price. My Budget is very restricted. I may reduce or modify the above stated features.
