The purpose of the website is to create a multi-functional community with features designed to attract our target market. Details regarding the community will be revealed to the selected web development company. The website needs to be highly dynamic and user friendly.
The website needs to be segmented into sub-communities with exclusive content. We plan on providing resources for each community, but also enabling users within those communities to upload their content .Our revenue stream comes from an internal advertising platform enabling advertisers to purchase CPC, CPM and Flat rate per sub-community.
We are looking for a committed and talented web development team, with expertise in complex projects and capable of communicating on regular basis.

o User can post or answer to a question within their sub-community or from the entire website.

• Social networking
o Users have a profile page.
o Users can edit profile, add pictures, join groups.
o Users have a wall in which recent activities (post, uploads, comments...) will be displayed. Other users can like or dislike.
o Users can post status.
o Users can comment their and other’s statuses.
o Users can start a debate on each status (subject to approval from the status poster).
o Users can add / remove friends (subject to approval).
• Users can add friends by name, email or number.
o Users can include tags to their statuses.
o Users can add words to their tag cloud in their settings.
o Users can communicate through messaging or wall to each others.

• The first user registered will be “0000001”.
• Bookmarks
o On each documents, questions, or items posted in the marketplace, users can bookmark it and access it later.
• Tag cloud
o Connects every services within a sub-communities
o Users can add tags to their account.
o Users can click on tags to see content tagged with the same tag.
o New tags created by users, sub-communities and groups need to be added to our database.
• News activity
o News activity from friends and activities related to tags.
• Advertisement
o Advertisers can create an account (different from users).
o Registration subject to back-end approval
o Advertisers can purchase spots per sub-community on the website.
o Flat rate, CPC, CPM
o The website can offer packages (Price and/or Time frame and/or positioning)
o Analytics
o Payment on the website.
o 10 rotating ads per community, only 5 shown at the time.
