Project is back after being delayed by client, unfortunately we will need programmers to rebid as project has changed slightly: Project requires 2 bids. Your main bid will be for the below project. Can you also include in the PM the extra cost for including the additional feature mentioned below the main project: MAIN PROJECT We have a client who is in need of an online appointment system. They currently use [login to view URL] (Microsoft Appointment Manager, Professional edition) and are after something with similar features. This will give you an idea of the features they require. The system must be well laid out, easy to use, even for a novice computer user, and MUST be web based so staff can access the system when away from the office. The only additional features that are required that are not provided with the current system are: System automatically sends an email to the staff member advising of a new appointment or if an appointment time or date is changed, including the date, time and the customer's name and address. Current system only emails when an appointment is cancelled, not when one is booked. Ability to interface with any creditcard gateway so if a client wishes to book an appointment online they are charged before the appointment is finalised. System needs to have 4 levels of access: Super Admin - full access and able to view all admin/staff/customer accounts. Sets the access levels each lower level can have. Admin - can view all staff/customer accounts. Make/change appointments for any staff member. Staff - can only view/make/edit their own appointments Customer - can only view/make/edit their own appointments via an online interface. ADDITIONAL FEATURE REQUIRING EXTRA AMOUNT ON PM BOARD: System must have the ability to sms the details of bookings to that particular staff members mobile phone (providing a mobile number is entered in the staff members details). If no mobile number is entered, no sms is sent. Any questions please post on the PM board before making your bid.
