318937 Online Wordpress Theme Maker

I am looking for someone to build me a fully functioning online Wordpress theme generator that instantly creates fantastic looking, unique WordPress Themes on the fly.

Users can create their own themes (using a visual template) by uploading their own designs (image headers, etc), choosing one of my designs, or simply typing text ALL without having any technical knowledge.

Options would need to include and not be limited to:

Change the colors, settings, layout changes, preview live, save, download (zip-file), Extract, upload, Widgets & Tags, etc.

Once their theme is designed, they can download it in zip format for use on their site so I would need to be able to include my INFO into the style sheet or header file (ie: theme name, author URL, generated by xxx, etc).

I would prefer some sort of drag & drop feature in editor if we can aswell.

but I want a clean, professional and modern Web 2.0 design.

I would also like some sort of ADMIN area which would allow me to add my own themes (zip) that users can choose from, and whereby I can administer registered users, track downloads, etc.

I will be relying on your creativity and expertise here so if you have any other suggestions as to addition or better functionality I am more than willing to listen.

I am looking for someone RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE - no time wasters!

I will be using Wordpress as the CMS for this site and full ownership of the end product will be transferred over to me.
