osCommerce / osCMax skin + implementation

I am looking for a programmer who has experience working with osCMax to design and implement a new skin. I have some examples of websites that I like and would like the design to be based around that and should look professionally designed.

We already have a domain name and hosting all set up and I have already installed ocCMax version 2.0.3 on the server and require the following work to be complete

1. Template installation - I plan to buy a template, will provide once confirm.

2. Create 2 banners (ideally flash type) in the home page

3. Insert Google Analytics code

4. Inserting meta tags and description (which I will provide)

5. Update shipping cost info box, so it can calculate shipping charges real-time (to be explain in detail)

6. Pay pal direct payment installation

7. Setup multiple pop images

8. Install Google Translate

There might be some more works later on, but as most of the work is not too difficult, we are looking for a lower rate and cost efficient bids. I will be doing product image uploaded, but I need you to teach me how. I'm hoping to have my store launched this October, if possible.

If you feel that you're qualified to do this, please provide a portfolio on the sites that you have created before (shopping cart/ecommerce programming and design work). The bidder will need to do all the necessary coding for the site to get it uploaded in the server and functioning as well. Experience with SEO and provide suggestion for the website will be very appreciated
