We are in need of a photography competition website developed based on php and mysql. Some of the core features include but not limited to:
1. Able to accept payment for each submission and offer discounts for bulk submission
2. A photo and user management backend with user and admin control panel
3. Able to accept uploading of photos individually and in bulk
4. Must implement a photo scoring system and sort photos according to date/time, scores, image filename or photographer's name etc..
5. Able to apply watermark in all submission
6. Able to show photo gallery
7. Able to work in mobile devices
The above are just some of the features. We will engage programmer who have done similar project before and comes with ready template. Programmer without any relevant portfolio NEED NOT BID.
