PHP development of scheduling system

We are looking for someone to create a web based scheduling system in PHP that has the following features: A list of events that has a name, description, venue start and end dates For each event a list of shifts for this event and a list of positions within the event for which someone will be recorded as working in this position / location with a start, end and duration. The ability to add, edit and delete. A list of shifts which records which event the shift is for, the date, venue and the scheduled start time and end time as well as their actual start time and end time. The ability to add, edit and [login to view URL] rate per staff member for this event on an hourly rate plus what their rate will be for various over time award categories. A summary of what the total number of hours worked was (overall and per staff member) with an export to excel option of this data. A list of staff with their main contact details (name, phone, email, address etc) and license number. When you click into them, you'll see the shifts they are currently scheduled for. The ability to add, edit and delete. A list of venues with their name, description and the ability to add multiple positions / locations that people will work at within this venue (The ability to add, edit and delete) A calendar view that shows what shifts are when in the current or upcoming month which has a number on it to indicate the number of staff schedule for this shift. and that's it! We'd like it done in PHP for a MySQL database
