Real Estate Agent's Website - repost

Hi There, I am a real estate agent who is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board 'TREB' (strict guidelines and rules) for agents to follow when advertising. I request IDX of the TREB listings. This is a must, because people will ideally be browsing through listings on my website. I would like the ability to search through listings in MANY different details. [login to view URL]] Aside from that, I would look to either improve upon my current domain name of [login to view URL] or purchase a domain with the best 'key words' like [login to view URL] or the like. SEO is very important to me as well. content building, a blog page or something that allows me to integrate all of the different social media sites onto my webpage. Integration of video is also something that I would like. [Ex. [login to view URL]] Clean. Simple. Effective. Searchable. Mature. These are words that I want to be associated with the site. [Ex. [login to view URL]] Lots of high quality photos, very clean and simple. Incorporation of my Logo and brand, live feeds to my social media. Perhaps something that is interactive even? [Ex. [login to view URL]] Information about new condos and areas of the city. Full screen searching, interactive and definitely informative. Lead capture for gaining and introductions to new clients. All in all, the best example would be a scaled down version of the red pin. [Ex. [login to view URL]] If this is all possible, please let me know. I have no idea what the cost is, perhaps a $1000CAN? As well, several things are in existence to aid in the process, like CONNECT for TREB and IDX startguides and training.
