Real Estate Investment Portal Design Using Wordpress and Content Migration

I have an existing static website that is quite established and I want to migrate all the content to wordpress.
I am looking for a wordpress designer to build a website for me and after configuring the portal to help me migrate all the static content that I have in my current website over to this new portal.
The wordpress site should have:
(a) A wordpress blog with a theme that makes it look like a portal but must load fast and clean;
(b) A custom logo designed for the portal that is in line with Real Estate Investment;
(c) Buddy press plus a forum to build a community;
(d) A caching plugin to speed up the site and to prevent CPU overload;
(e) A mailing list app like mailchimp;
(f) A social network sharing plugin; and
(g) We need some discussion on what type of categories and how to organize information on the portal (as I have a lot of existing content on my website)
Please also quote for content migration.
