Script modification

I want to build a website, but since I found this great script (open source online store script made in PHP with MySql... ect)

which is roughly what I want, I need you using this script to modify/build my own site which I imagine it.

So, you must to do modifications on it or rebuild it according to the script which I will provide to selected person.

Requirements:

- must to make unique script, and the copyright and license belong to me (You have no right to continue using it).

- must to change design, not too much.

- must to add feedback review for seller and buyer.

- must to add my own paypal payment method using single and commun paypal account for all.

- must to add feature like searching and displaying for ebay items which can be shiped to selected country.

- must to add feature like account balance $, payment deposit/withdraw, buyer/seller histrory

- must to add feature like dispute resolution.

- must to add new mods, for displaying items, and others small mods ... modifications.

So this is basically what I need from you...

You will be paid once full escrow, after project is done! No milistone payment!

Script is almost 70% of what I want, you need just to modify code making it unique and to add some more modifications.

I will provide all source code of this script, and you need to modify and add new modification.

I can make one full 100% milestone payment, but I will release it when you will complete all modifications as requested.
