Hello, I usually drop all the "Oh, I'm so good talk" and cut down to the main problem: I'm onbly seeing one problem here: The execution time of the php stuff while converting the video files. I wonder if this is the problem you ran into. Would be nice to know if the script is executed by php and what script you're using. Everything else is just a piece of cake I'd say. Im familiar with a variety of linux distros, and have done a variety with apps and scripts that work with youtube. If you converions script does indeed do what it is supposed to do feel I can get it working on a new server. New server is a very vague term though. Im hoping you are implying that it is either your own virtual server, or a server that you have on location that I can ssh into.
