Small Real Estate Website

We have several websites to be developed in Php/MySQL, few Real Estate and others from different industry. ONLY experienced service providers with good portfolio and ability to start immediately should bid for the project. The first site is a part of property of www.reunionresort.com. The site is very small as it's just one property out of Reunion Resort but will have most of the amenities [login to view URL] offers. We will need different headers for different sections (Property, Golf, Spa, Recreation, Entertainment, etc) similar to the site in reference. The images in the header, the contents of the header and the content of pages should be changeable using Admin Panel. We need a password protected Admin Panel as mentioned below. Basically we need: (a) High quality Graphics Layout design. I will need few concepts for layout designs and unlimited revisions for selected layout design. (b) Professional, Fast Loading Interactive and user friendly navigation with all required functionalities. (c) Password protected Admin Panel with basic utilities to manage site like (i) Add-Edit-Delete Categories/Services (ii) Add-Edit-Delete Images (iii) Add-Edit-Delete Content of all pages using Content Management System (d) A very Basic Members module to keep track of people who have contacted us with their names, address, phone # etc. (e) Guestbook for members to leave comments and feedback about our property. (f) A complete documentation of the website including flow chart diagrams etc. I will need basic SEO services which will help the site to get indexed. I also need site to be accepted by Dmoz. The site will be very similar to [login to view URL] but the graphics will change and the content is limited. I don't want the site to be a clone of [login to view URL] or have the content copied word to word lest Google will flag the site. We can have similar navigation though. The project is complete with Designing, testing, hosting and making it Live with content and graphics. Please mention the technical support you offer after the site is Live for Bugs found after the site is launched and also the spelling errors etc. Scope for a long term relationship if the service provider can deliver quality work and be prompt, professional and communicative. We need to finish the website within 15-20 days.
