Small typo3 extension for storing user preferences

For an existing typo3 ([url removed, login to view]) site we need an backend/frontend extension to give registered user the possibility to specify certain user “preferences”. Those “preferences” should be read from and written to the typo3 database. Preferable the page should be configurable as content, but also an html template might be used.

The “preferences” should be configurable (Text-fields, check-,select-boxes...)

After submitting the form the submitted fields should be checked against a baseline (specified for each field). If everything is fine a page should be displayed saying something like “Successfully saved”. If the submitted fields are not correct specified a page should be displayed saying something like “Please fill out the following fields correctly…”

In the backend of typo3 the preferences for all user should be displayed and should be editable.
