Social Bookmarking Website Needed

Hello All, I need to create a social bookmarking very similar to [login to view URL] and pinterest (more like [login to view URL] though). The social bookmarking site needs to have a button people can install on the browser that pulls images and the user can select a category and write tags. I will need the back-end database built for this as well as the website. I'm hoping you can use wordpress but I will not limit it to just that. It needs to have the exact same functionality as [login to view URL] but with different images (not a heart, something else I will specify later). Instead of 2 image columns, I would like three. Also when you click on an image/post you can submit to Tumblr, Facebook, or twitter. It also has a report this item feature that I need. Also, I will need the functionality where you can heart the item (vote) and each user has a profile and create their own, create their own sets (categories), follow people, etc. Please create a profile on [login to view URL] so you can understand what I am trying to replicate.
