This project includes web design and programming for a site that the site owners can update. Please note this. The site must be cross browser friendly, and also accessible on both Microsoft and Mac machines. As the intended target are people with a range of disabilities and learning challenges, accessibility is very important.
We will also expect a banner. PHP is the preferred programming here, not ASP.
This is a web site aimed at people with disabilities. It is not a dating site but for making it easy for them to acquire commercial sexual services. The site itself has no obscene graphics but may have links to sites with adult content.
The site will have approximately 9 to 11 main pages.
Home page: A News summary column to the right that the site owners can edit easily via the admin panel. The news links take the site visitor to either a page on the site with more information on the news, or to an external link. If a page on the site, there should be a news archive section.
There should be an amendable poll script - either static in one of the site columns or on the home page only. Visitors should be able to view the results. Previous polls should also be archived and accessible.
The site should have a link to a forum - this can be a forum installed from a free script. We are not expecting a custom forum within this budget.
The site will have a directory of profiles for service providers; the links in the directory will lead the site visitor to individual site profiles. The directory will be divided between male, female and neuter genders.
There should be an application form for service providers to sign up to join the site to be listed. They should be able to upload a photograph with their application. This application gets submitted to the site administrator.
The site owners need to be able to amend, edit, delete and add to the profiles and for new profiles added to be shown on the directory automatically.
The site will also have a link to a branded online store. The tools for the store will be provided. Just the customisation to make it stay in line with the rest of the site appearance.

Other affiliate links and promotional tools will be added to the site. The site's real estate, header, banner, and side columns will need to have links to these.
The site should have a forum but this doesn't need to be a custom forum.
A chat room applet or script should also be added.
Rough layout drafts are available on request to serious bidders.
