Website required to be built (see attached file for below to be clear).
It will need to be able to upload pictures from personal computer or internet (using URL). These pictures will then need to be slightly altered (predetermined alterations) using an online picture editor (say [login to view URL]) and then uploaded on the site. This should be automatic after pictures are uploaded.
The site will have thumbnails of a list of pictures on the left hand side and clicking on one of these will bring populate a larger version of the selected picture in the middle of the page. The user will be able to select one more thumbnail and this will populate a larger version of the second selection. This will create a picture ‘pair’. People can then write comments about the picture pair below these.
When a different thumbnail is selected, the pair would hence change, and previously saved comments for the new ‘pair’ should show.
Users will be able to register so they can log into the site and upload pictures and so they can make comments on the pair.
The page would also show the last commented pairs in a right hand column.
When pictures are initially uploaded, they will be labelled with a category, name and have some keywords attached to them. A drop down box will allow the user to show thumbnails from each category on the left hand side. There will also be a search box for the user to search for specific thumbnails.
For the background (template), I will be looking to use a photoshop quality generated picture, so those with some creative flair, please apply.
