Website Needed with Intergrated Scheduling of Appointments

Hello, I need to have a website developed for my new business. Here are some of the things I am looking for and I am not sure what kind of website will be best to use: 1. The Business is a service-based business for cleaning dogs teeth. The web domains are as follows: K9 Pearly [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] a. Domain [login to view URL] would redirect into the pain site K9 Pearly Whites.com. 2. The website will be both for information but also would like customers to be able to book their own appointment with a online integrated scheduler that sync’s with I calendar for the iphone/ipad if possible. 3. The website would need to be able to take payments to secure appointment slots. 4. I plan on playing video and audio on the website and video must be HTML5 compatible so it plays on mobile devices like the iphone/ipad. 5. The flow of the website from the customers point of view goes like this: a. The Customer first gets sent to a “squeeze page” where the are offered a free report relative to the service we provide in exchange for their name and email address’s etc. b. This squeeze page is critical as I don’t want the customer to be sent to the main site until after I get them to opt into the email list. 6. Next will be the main page after they opt in where I will have my animated logo play and then redirect to the website next. 7. The website needs to be customizable through an admin page and it needs to be easy. I know there are cheap Website templates, but to be honest I am not sure which one to start with. So if you read this far here is what I ask of you as you bid on this project: What are your recommendations for me considering what I want to do with my website? Is there anything not possible? Am I better off to use a template and have you customize it as I require above? Please provide examples of your work and if you sell a template provide me with temporary access so I can check it out.
