A website templates

I am looking for a website designer to partnership with for my new project. The followings are the duties and what I need my partner to assist: Before I launch and market the product, I would need my web designer partner to: Build 3 templates similar to the ones on [login to view URL] but not exactly the same, it can be any category of your choice. -Pages (Home, Video, Article, Programs (For the Clickbank products,), Contact Us) -I will supply all the articles for the website templates (8 articles) -I am not intending to include Amazon store for the website -You are free to give me any suggestion. I do not want it to be exactly like sitegap products as I want our own touch to our products for our clients. Just use it as an example You will have to explain and discuss with me: -How will the website be delivered and preview by our clients -How can client make simple amendments on the website Which are the space on the templates for Google Adsense, and how are we going to upload Google Adsense for our clients After I launch the product: -You will have to link our clients’ Google Adsense and affiliate program to their website, upload the relevant articles which I will provide. -Upload relevant videos and graphics for the website How is this partnership going to function? I will be working on the rest of the product from marketing, providing client assistance, hosting, writing, ads, SEO and etc. Basically, it is a full package. You will be paid $7 for each website you help to setup (First 50websites) and $10 for subsequent website. *This will be calculated on a 30 days basis, starting from the first client we receive. I am targeting 5 clients per day, so your earnings will be about $1400 or more. I am looking for a long-term honest partnership here, and someone who is honest here. Please do not contact me if you feel that the above offer is too little, as I am investing a lot of my money and resources for this project and the above is the best that I can offer. However, I will increase the offer as the business picks up. Note: You can use the templates that you have created earlier for all the clients, we will just have to do some changes and I will provide different articles as I target to deliver the site to our client in 4 days.
