Website themes and imagery (cartoon) required

Hi, I need a graphic image designer / website layout designer. I have a barebones site, all the programming (PHP) is near completion. I'm looking to now overlay the images and art work, apply signs, banners, fonts and styling to create the theme for the site. This is for a rental property website. Listing 1.) homes for rent and 2.) holiday / vacation houses for rent. Please note the distinction. For a particular property type, i.e Ski Chalet, I require a ski theme. Snow / mountain images etc. I "think" I'd like a partly cartoon feel to the site within the imagery , maybe not… ? Perhaps best if I give you some ideas and you can brain storm from there. The Home Page must show clearly the distinction of homes for rent (residential) and holiday properties for rent (by the beach / lake / mountain etc.) The site is a directory listing of properties, so the main functionality will be to search off region / property type , I'd like the banners / site theme (surrounding colours / background perhaps) to change when a property type is selected or search results returned. So if someone searched for beach house, then beautiful sky blue colours, water, golden sand, hot sun type theme would be displayed. I have a vision for a layout as follows: Someone searches for ski chalet, the page would show a mountain (cartoon) style, with over sized skiers / snowboarders on etc. At the base of the mountain, surrounding the mountain image, I would list the properties in a circular fashion. Similarly, if someone searched 'beach house' then display a cartoon style beach, sandy shoreline - with towels on the beach, maybe swimmers, surfers, yachts etc…then on the coastal edge I'd display the property listings. For the residentail listings, I want a street, a typical surburban street, with mailboxes on the kerb side, maybe a coupla cyclists, dog on pavement , trees etc. I want the rd view to change as you progress through the page listings to give the effect of a different or ongoing street.
