Here are just some of the criteria that this person would meet: • Own computer and high speed Internet connection. • Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English (also Arabic is required) • Can work from home without distractions. • Can use Skype • Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills • Can work full-time (45 hours per week) Main responsibilities: • Plan, structure, design, develop and set up complete WordPress CMS websites that are fully configured, W3 validated, SEO optimized, secured and up to best practice standards • Manage, Add/update all needed plug-ins, SQL databases, control panels, websites features, traffic statistics and perform webmaster maintenance tasks over a network of websites such as regular backups etc… • Modify themes and fully customize them to be attractive and has all the features required including Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML 5, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, .Net etc… if needed • Integrate Mobile format for all websites, test them and assure cross platform compatibility • Testing sites for functionality & speed in different browsers and different resolutions therefore skilled with CSS and graphics • Excellent web/graphic design and multimedia experience is necessary (HTML, Flash, Photoshop, illustrator etc). Must be able to handle all graphic designs & in order to produce basic layout and manipulate images. • Complete SE Optimization of all aspects of the websites/portals General Skills Requirements: • Minimum 3-4 years experience • Comfortable in customizing WP Premium themes & frameworks such as Frugal/catalyst, headway, Ithemes, StudioPress, Thesis, Flexthemes etc… • Able to work with scripts, bots, news-bots, advanced plug-ins, scrapping tools, APIs, mash up technologies, XML, RSS Feeds • Must be Web AWARE and Up to date with a wide range of web technologies • Internet savvy with Project Management skills, Dedicated and responsible • Highly organized and able to priorities tasks with the ability to meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving • Self Starter, Team Player, OUT OF THE BOX THINKER • Other languages are an ASSET What You Need to Do Next: • Show some examples of your work/portfolio including complex projects , show us your achievements • When you reply, you MUST add the word "Super Star" at the beginning of your reply or else it would be deleted • If i love your work, i will reply to you with more details on how we will move forward Good luck and don't hesitate to get back to me for any questions.
