Wordpress Music Video Website

I'm looking to create a daily updated music video showcase website similar [login to view URL], with videos embeddable from other video sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Google, Brightcove, Dailymotion, uStream, Veoh, Yahoo. I also want to be able to host my own exclusive video content created by myself. (want your guidance with this). I want to use custom taxonomies used to separate the posted videos into searchable custom fields such as Artist, Track Name, Album, Producer, Director, Label, Year etc. These custom fields need to be multi-tiered, able to hold multiple properties. I want the videos separated into separate categories. I also need a 2 tier featured videos structure option, with Promoted Videos and Featured Videos. I also want a statistics for most viewed videos with a widget on the homepage for most views of a video able to be filtered to most views in the past week, month, 3 months, year, all time. I also have a specific layout in mind for homepage, specific video play pages and taxonomy based custom field pages. A rough demonstration of my intended homepage can be found here... I would like an AddThis plugin on every specific video play page and taxonomy based custom field page as per the demo layout above with Tweet, Facebook Like, Send To Facebook and Google+ buttons as well as the rest popping up. Using Facebook social stream, I'd like the layout to be able to play the videos on facebook walls directly. Also I would like integrated comments on each specific video play page with logins using Facebook and Twitter accounts and/or Facebook commenting. As per the layouts above i would like integrated widget and banner positions. I would like a mobile web app layout for the site with auto-redirection using one of the available Wordpress plugins.
