You will need to create or modify an existing 2 column wordpress theme.
You will need to do all graphic required for the theme, including header banner and graphics to use on the inner pages and side bar.
The theme will be a cross between

Please notice that the first theme has 2 menus under the header banner.
There will be about 20 pages of content which needs to be added. You will need to format the content so it looks appealling and also uses On-Page SEO techniques (and add graphics).
As an example the Inner Pages will need to be formated similiar to

The side bar will required either an optin form (using aweber) or just a general form for inquries, also a graphic image created.
You will also be required to create facebook banner and the landing page in facebook using the "Facebook Tab Manager" plugin.
Also create a twitter design to match the website and facebook page.
You are free to use the existing logo or you may change it to match the theme you design.
The theme has to be coded well for SEO and efficiency (html, php css format correctly, quick load times and small page size). I will be checking this. In your bid tell me how you can achieve this.
You will need to supply 2 initial mockups from which revisions can be made.
Please supply examples of previous wordpress themes you have created/designed.
