PHP & Amazon s3 Expert Required

We need a Programmer who is skilled in PHP, MySQL & Amazon s3 to handle the following tasks..... 1. We are not getting confirmation email when users sign up to our membership website. We need this fixed. 2. PHP member script was customized to upload audio and videos to Amazon s3 instead of to our server. We need to check whether this has been done and if not fix this so that all audio and video files are uploaded to Amazon s3 when members upload these files. 3. We have 3 different membership levels. Free Members are only allowed to upload 15 files. Pro Members are allowed to upload up to 50 files. Premium Members are allowed to upload up to 150 files. You must check that the above permissions have been properly set up and if not fix it so that the above permissions and limits apply to the relevant members. 4. Check that members can see sales and download stats in their control panel. 5. Check and test that customers can purchase product and download files after purchase using PayPal sandbox.
