Customized Submission Software

Article Submission Software I have become frustrated with the limitations and usability of many different article submission software packages and want a talented coder to combine the best, and eliminate the worst, into a single, practical solution for my personal use. (I won't be retailing this product) Here is a summary of what I am looking for: 1:) Being able to open a list of article submission sites and add, delete and edit each sites information, preferences. etc. 2;) Being able to add multiple users/accounts. Most of the software I have tried has ONE company/email/author account. I want to be able to have seperate accounts for seperate, unrelated sites/URL's with unique authors, emails etc., (all must still be able to access the prior list of submission sites) 3;) As in Artemis, I would like the ability to add 7 paragraph articles with headline. Then add 2 or 3 more 7 paragraph articles on the same subject on the same page. The software will use a random generator/ selector to pick paragraph 1 from a.b.c and then randomly generate that article all the way down the 7 paragraphs. This way each site receives a slightly different, unique article. Each article will also contain one of the 3 different headlines. The article is then submitted using 1 or the 15 resource/bios listed on a seperate page. Again, selected randomly through some sort of random generator. (The text won't become random, just the selection of a,b,c or 1-15) Please submit your bid, ideas and any questions. All ideas on ways to make this product better will be welcome. As well, I will need the coder to arrange a maintenance contract for a few months afterwords to address any bugs that occur down the road. Obviously I'll provide much more detail and examples to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Executable program or installation script Not sure if desktop or web based makes more sense?
