Excel - handle input in cell with formula

In cell G14 I have the following formula:

=IF(ISEMPTY(U14);"";IF(K14="QUANT";U14&" "&P14;U14))

As you can see it shows the value in hidden cell U14 and the unit which is in P14.

I want to make it possible to enter a value in G14 even if there is a formula.

1. After writing in any cell from G14 to G32 the written value in the G cell should also be saved in the U cell on the same row.

2. The original formula above should be inserted again in the written G cell since it's overwritten by a value.

## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
